Payment & Shipping Policy

KAAZWA is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only like Delhivery, FedEx within and outside India.

 

What are the different Payment modes available? 

There are 2 different modes of payment: 

 1. Online Payment using Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Wallets, UPI, Paypal via Razorpay Payment Gateway 

 2. Cash On Delivery (Available in most of the places within India except few high risk areas. Not applicable for international shipments.) Applicable only on orders below Rs. 3000

 

Are there any shipping charges on purchases?

Shipping is free within India on prepaid as well as COD orders. But in case of COD orders an advance of ₹150 is charged towards COD handling charges at the time of order placement. This amount is non-refundable.

For international orders the shipping is charged as per location and weight/value of the parcel. Please check the rates in the cart after adding the product in the cart

 

How are taxes charged? 

GST: All product prices are inclusive of taxes within India. 

Custom Duty Tax: For international orders Custom taxes are to be borne by the customer, if applicable. Please note the international shipping charges do not include the custom duty. It has to be paid separately by customer at the time of delivery. In case customers do not pay the custom duty, the parcel will be returned to us by customs. Under such scenario no refund will be made and hence it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the necessary duty and accept the order.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

Orders are dispatched within one day of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days in India and 10-15 days internationally. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Make sure that you provide complete valid address with pincode and your full name and phone number at the time of order. If the phone number is incorrect the delivery will not happen. 

 

NOTE : In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents, unforeseen technical glitches, widespread diseases, natural calamities, government restrictions, transport disruptions, political unrest, festive time or any other such cases outside our control, we may not be able to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver or pickup your order at the earliest.
